Can I customize an order?

Definitely! Click on the order form tab at the top of our site to start your custom order process. You may also text us at 901-214-5344 for any order inquiry.
Is there a minimum on the products and services you offer?

No! Whether its a quantity of 1 or 500, we are able to meet your needs.
Do you take bulk orders?

Definitely! Feel free to fill out our order form so that we can better assist you in completing this order.
Can I return/exchange?

Due to COVID-19, all items are final sale. We are unable to return or exchange any item for any reason. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Please email us with any additional questions at dopemagnets@gmail.com
How does the custom ordering process work?

The custom product/service ordering process is very easy. 1. Fill out the order form. 2. We will respond via email within 24 hours of order form being submitted. (If submitted on the weekend, please give until end of next business day for response.) 3. Once order details are confirmed/mock-up design approved, an invoice will be sent. Deposit amounts depends on quantity of products. Invoice will detail what is expected for payment.
Can I receive the file for the artwork you have created for my custom product(s)?

All artwork created by Dope Magnets Company is the sole property of Dope Magnets Company. Rights to the artwork can be purchased if that is something you would like to do. Once purchased, you will receive the appropriate files.
